How do you wash my laundry?

When your laundry arrives at our facility, we get to work right away. After weighing your laundry, we begin our wash process.

1. First we check for any special instructions and requests included with your order.
2. Then we sort your laundry into color, white, and dark loads.
3. We wash everything using high-quality detergents and softeners.
4. We promptly transfer items from washers to dryers and use high-quality dryer sheets.
5. Once done, we promptly remove your items and fold everything, matching up socks right away.
6. We fold t-shirts, jeans, underclothes, linens, towels, and other items that are typically folded.
7. We hang casual pants, shirts, blouses, polo shirts, and skirts.
8. Then we gently pack everything into protective bags, load it onto the delivery vehicle, and deliver it.
9. You will get a notification when your laundry is en route for delivery and a notification when the driver drops it off.

Do you take special instructions?

Mango Fresh Laundry strives to deliver quality results and we do take special instructions such as:

• Free and clear – We will wash and dry your clothes using free & clear (dye and scent free) soaps and dryer sheets for a small fee of $5 per order, no matter the size of the order.
• Hanging items instead of folding – We will hang some items automatically like casual pants, shirts, blouses, polo shirts, and skirts free of charge. If you want other items to get this treatment, just include a note when placing your order online. Hanging items is free of charge.
• Using your own hangers – You are certainly welcome to provide your own hangers with your pickup order.
• Spot treatment – We will apply spot treatments to any stains noted in your order and wash them out to the best of our ability.
